Pat the chicken breast dry and season with paprika, salt and pepper. Halve the avocado, scoop out the flesh and mash it lightly with lemon juice.
Stir the natural yoghurt with a little salt, pepper and a small part of the lemon juice. Slice the tomato and get the wholemeal wraps ready.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken over a medium heat until golden brown. Leave to rest briefly, then cut into strips.
Warm the wholemeal wraps briefly in a clean frying pan or in the oven so they are soft and easy to fold. Then spread with the yoghurt.
Divide the avocado, tomato and chicken between the wraps. Roll everything up tightly and halve if you like.
Serve straight away, while the chicken is still warm and the wrap stays nice and soft.
Good to know
When it needs to be quick, a wrap like this never lets you down. Creamy and juicy without feeling heavy. Just right for lunch or a relaxed evening.
Swaps
Natural yoghurt → Greek yoghurt (more protein, usually creamier) | Chicken breast → turkey breast (similar protein content, often a little milder) | Wholemeal wraps → lettuce leaves (fewer carbohydrates) | Tomato → cucumber (milder, juicy and fresh)
Allergens
Contains milk (natural yoghurt) and gluten (wholemeal wraps). Usually fine for children; in pregnancy it's important that the chicken is cooked right through.
