What SmarTasty does

At a glance

How it works

  1. Log your food – By photo, sentence, barcode or a recipe.
  2. Every meal gets a score – 0 to 100 for how it’s put together, no matter the portion size.
  3. Your day – The average of your meals – bigger meals count more.

Every meal. Its own score.

Five values. Words, not traffic lights.

Fixed rules. Openly explained.

How the Health Score works

Frequently asked questions

What is the Health Score?

A number from 0 to 100 that shows how balanced your food is – for every recipe, every meal and your whole day. It follows fixed rules from nutrients and ingredients.

How is the Health Score calculated?

It combines five values: few fast carbs and nutrient density (25% each), omega-3 & veg (20%), fibre & variety and made from scratch (15% each). Every meal gets 0 to 100 points this way; your day is the average, and bigger meals count more.

Is the Health Score free?

Yes, the number for your day is free. With Premium you see every meal with its own score, all five values and what lifts or lowers it.

Does the Health Score say anything about my health?

It describes how balanced your food is by fixed rules. It isn’t a diagnosis and doesn’t replace medical advice.
