What SmarTasty does
Logging – Calories from a photo, a barcode or one sentence – typed or spoken (speaking on iPhone). You check the values before saving.
Recipes – Checked recipes with no seed oils, refined sugar or pork, with nutrition per serving.
Meal Planner – Plan your week in a tap or let it fill itself – matched to your calorie goal and way of eating. The ingredients go onto your Shopping List in one tap.
Recipe Import – Save recipes from Instagram Reels, TikTok and food blogs by link – or snap a cookbook page.
Supplements – Add your supplements and tick them off each day. They count towards your vitamins and minerals.
Health Score – A number from 0 to 100 for every recipe and your day – worked out with fixed rules from nutrition and ingredients.

Yes. For everything you log, SmarTasty calculates 22 vitamins and minerals as a share of your daily needs – from recipes, photos and entries. Not every entry knows every value.
Which values does the app show?

Where do the reference values come from?
From the German Nutrition Society (DGE) for adults. With your age and sex in your profile the app adjusts them; otherwise it uses averages.

Do supplements count?
