Good to know
The classic combination of coffee and mascarpone becomes really summery and fresh thanks to the orange juice.
Swaps
Almond cookies → oat cookies sweetened with dates (a little more bite).
Cooking tips
The cookies soak up liquid faster than a sponge. Literally dip them for just a second, or you'll end up with mush in the glass.
Storage
A real tiramisu needs time. Leave it in the fridge for two to four hours, so the flavours can come together fully.
