Good to know

Frozen yoghurt you can snap. This colourful snack is ready in no time and cools you down nicely on hot days.

Swaps

Honey → maple syrup (for children under one year old, or for a caramel flavour, swap the honey for maple syrup).

Cooking tips

Be sure to use full-fat yoghurt (ten per cent). Low-fat yoghurt forms hard ice crystals when frozen and turns watery.

Storage

The bark pieces melt within minutes at room temperature. Always keep them in a container in the freezer.
