Ingredients

Method

You’ll need: blender

  1. Stone the Medjool dates and put them into a tall container or a small blender.
  2. Add the peanut butter and a generous pinch of sea salt.
  3. Pour in a splash of almond milk and blend everything until the caramel cream is thick and sticky.
  4. If the mixture is too firm, add a little more almond milk a teaspoon at a time until it's spreadable.
  5. Serve the caramel straight from the jar or as a dip with apple wedges.
