Good to know

Three ingredients and a freezer – that's all you need for this melt-in-the-mouth fudge made with sesame paste.

Swaps

Tahini → cashew butter (for a more neutral flavour; contains tree nuts). Maple syrup → date syrup (goes beautifully with cocoa). Dark chocolate → cacao butter with a little more maple syrup (for a light-coloured fudge).

Cooking tips

Use runny tahini that's well stirred, so no oil settles on the surface.

Storage

Be sure to keep it in the freezer, as the fudge gets very soft at room temperature.

Allergens

Contains sesame. Soya-free and gluten-free.
