Good to know

Fruity, slightly bitter and not too sweet. This smoothie has a character of its own, and that's exactly what makes it so charming.

Swaps

Soya yoghurt → coconut yoghurt (usually milder in flavour, often with a little more fat); Yacon syrup → date syrup (also adds sweetness, usually with a few more minerals); Blackberries → blueberries (similarly berry-ish, often a little milder and with fewer seeds); Water → unsweetened oat milk (creamier texture and a few more carbohydrates).

Allergens

Contains soya; usually fine for children in small amounts, and during pregnancy kitchen amounts of rosemary are generally normal, though high-dose extracts or large amounts are something to be cautious with.
