Good to know

Sometimes a simple bowl that just works is all you need. Creamy, fresh and with exactly the right amount of sweetness. So uncomplicated it almost makes itself.

Swaps

Maple syrup → date paste (more fibre). Walnuts → almonds (more vitamin E). Greek yoghurt → skyr (more protein, usually less fat). Figs → berries (often slightly less sugar, plus fibre).

Allergens

Contains milk and walnuts; generally suitable for children – chop the nuts finely or leave them out depending on age. Usually fine during pregnancy if you use pasteurised yoghurt and don't have a nut allergy.
