Ingredients

Method

You’ll need: mixing bowl · sieve

  1. Mix the hemp seeds, linseed and ground almonds in a bowl until evenly combined.
  2. Add the soya yoghurt and stir thoroughly so the dry ingredients are well coated.
  3. Leave the mixture to stand briefly so the linseed swells and the muesli turns a little creamier.
  4. Gently wash the raspberries and drain them well.
  5. Give the muesli another quick stir and loosen it a little if it has become too thick.
  6. To serve, top the muesli with the raspberries and enjoy straight away.

Good to know

When mornings need to be quick, this muesli is a pleasantly relaxed solution. Creamy, nutty and fresh – without much effort, but with a good bite.

Swaps

Soya yoghurt → unsweetened coconut yoghurt (milder in flavour, a good option if you avoid soya). Raspberries → blueberries (similarly berry-like, a little milder and also with fibre). Ground almonds → chopped walnuts (more bite, also provide unsaturated fats). Linseed → chia seeds (swell in a similar way).

Allergens

Contains soya and almonds. Linseed and raspberries are usually fine; for small children, only use in an adapted form because of the whole seeds. During pregnancy, the ingredients are generally fine in normal kitchen amounts.
