Ingredients

Method

You’ll need: frying pan · saucepan · baking dish · chopping board · knife · grater

  1. Divide the broccoli into small florets and cook them in lightly salted water for 3 min.
  2. Dice the turkey breast and fry it in a frying pan until lightly browned on all sides.
  3. Spread the turkey breast and the drained broccoli evenly in a shallow baking dish.
  4. Stir the paprika into the cream and pour it over the other ingredients.
  5. Coarsely grate the cheddar, scatter it over the bake and bake everything at 200 °C (180 °C fan) for 20 min.

Good to know

Bakes without pasta often sound like you're missing out. But with melted cheddar, this really hearty keto bake proves exactly the opposite.

Swaps

Cheddar → Gouda (if you don't like cheddar's very strong flavour, use young Gouda, which is milder and melts very evenly).

Cooking tips

Drain the freshly cooked broccoli really well. If it's too wet, the thick cheese and cream sauce quickly turns watery in the oven.

Storage

Reheated, the bake often tastes even more intense. It keeps well in the fridge in a closed container for three days.

Allergens

Contains milk. Completely gluten-free.
