Good to know
Fancy a protein-packed meal in just under five minutes? Egg plus tuna sounds wild at first, but it's a classic in southern Europe.
Swaps
Tuna → diced smoked tofu (if you'd like it meat-free). Capers → black olives (keeps the salty note).
Cooking tips
For an evenly set omelette, gently pull the edges towards the middle as it cooks and let the runny egg flow out to the edge.
Storage
Best fresh. Cold tuna from the pan isn't a highlight to look at or smell.
Allergens
Contains eggs and fish. Gluten-free.
