Good to know
When lunch needs to be quick but should stay low in carbs, this bowl is your best friend. Ready in under ten minutes.
Swaps
Lamb's lettuce → baby spinach (similar texture and adds extra iron).
Cooking tips
Really press the tuna firmly in the sieve, otherwise the liquid from the tin will water down the delicate dressing later.
Storage
Because of the avocado, the bowl should be eaten fresh, as avocado quickly turns brown in the air.
