Good to know
Macadamias are the queens of keto. Their high fat content makes these cookies wonderfully short and full of flavour.
Swaps
Macadamia nuts → Brazil nuts (if you want a similarly rich nut with a slightly earthier flavour).
Cooking tips
Cookies made with almond flour are very soft fresh from the oven. Always let them cool on the tray before you touch them.
Storage
Store the cookies in a tin in a cool, dry place so they keep their crumbly texture.
Allergens
Contains egg, milk (butter) and tree nuts. Completely gluten-free.
