Keto beef and broccoli stir-fry
Keto beef and broccoli stir-fry: tender beef fillet with broccoli, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sesame. Quick to make, with plenty of protein and practical for every day.
Cut the beef fillet across the grain into thin strips. Break the broccoli into small florets and finely chop the garlic and ginger.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan or wok until very hot. Sear the beef in batches over a high heat for 1–2 min, then take it straight out.
Add a little more olive oil to the pan. Fry the broccoli, garlic and ginger briefly until everything is fragrant.
Add the soy sauce and reduce the heat a little. Cook the broccoli until tender-crisp so it still keeps some structure.
Return the beef to the pan and toss briefly until it's hot again.
Arrange on plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Best served straight away.
