Good to know

A salad like this often saves my day when I need something quick but still want something fresh on the plate. Crunchy, creamy and pleasantly light. It works just as well at lunchtime as in the evening.

Swaps

Greek yoghurt → skyr (more protein, similar tang). Apple → pear (similar fibre, a little milder). Mustard → horseradish stirred into the yoghurt (spicy and punchy).

Allergens

Contains fish, milk and, depending on the mustard, mustard seed. Suitable for children if mildly seasoned; during pregnancy, only use well-chilled, safely processed tuna and pasteurised yoghurt. Contains: celery, mustard.
