Good to know
A dessert like this is on the table in a few minutes and still feels special. Fresh, creamy and pleasantly light. Just right when you want something sweet with a bit of substance.
Swaps
Skyr → plain Greek yoghurt (a little creamier, also plenty of protein). Strawberries → raspberries (more fibre). Honey → date paste (unrefined sweetness, plus a few minerals). Almonds → walnuts (more omega-3 fatty acids).
Allergens
Contains milk and tree nuts (almonds); for children, serve the nuts finely chopped or ground – and no honey for babies under one. In pregnancy, well-washed strawberries and pasteurised skyr are generally fine.
