Ingredients
150 g wild salmon
100 g broccoli
50 g rice
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
Method
You’ll need: frying pan · saucepan
Rinse the rice thoroughly and cook it in lightly salted water until fluffy and done.
Cut the broccoli into small florets and blanch them briefly so they stay tender-crisp and keep their fresh colour.
Stir the soy sauce and honey together into a smooth sauce.
Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon skin side down first, until golden brown outside and still slightly translucent inside. For children and in pregnancy, cook the salmon all the way through.
Add the sauce to the salmon in the pan and let it reduce briefly until it coats the fish in a glossy glaze.
Arrange the rice, broccoli and salmon together and serve warm.
