Serve straight away, or chill well and enjoy later.
Good to know
A breakfast like this feels pleasantly simple and still well rounded. Creamy, fresh and with a bit of crunch – just right when you're short on time.
Swaps
Low-fat quark → skyr (similar protein content, slightly milder flavour); honey → date paste (natural sweetness and a few more minerals); almonds → walnuts (contain more omega-3 fatty acids); cow's milk → unsweetened soya milk (adds extra protein, depending on the product).
Allergens
Contains milk and almonds (tree nuts). Chia seeds and whole raspberries only suit small children if you pay attention to texture and portion size, depending on their age. During pregnancy the bowl is generally fine with fresh, well-washed ingredients.
