Good to know
After training, you want something quick. This nutty shake brings plenty of good-quality protein and tastes like a creamy dessert.
Swaps
Peanut butter → almond butter (if you'd rather avoid peanuts, you can easily use light almond butter, which makes the shake even smoother).
Cooking tips
If you want the shake even thicker, just add two ice cubes to the blender.
Storage
Protein powder separates slightly after a few hours. It's best to always drink the shake freshly blended.
Allergens
Contains milk, peanuts and tree nuts. Completely gluten-free. Contains: peanuts.
