Good to know
Almond and vanilla make an unbeatable base. Add juicy peach and you get a drink that's more like an elegant summer dessert.
Swaps
Almond butter → cashew butter (cashew butter is even milder in flavour and makes the smoothie even creamier).
Cooking tips
If you can, use very ripe, soft flat peaches. They're much sweeter and blend more easily than firm fruit.
Storage
The drink froths up a lot. If you keep it in the fridge, the thick foam slowly collapses after about an hour.
Allergens
Contains milk and tree nuts (almonds). Completely gluten-free.
