  5. Sprinkle with chia seeds and drizzle over the honey.
  6. Serve immediately so the granola stays crunchy.

Good to know

So simple it's hardly a recipe – and still really good. Creamy, crunchy, fresh and just right when you're short on time.

Swaps

Banana → pear (a little more fibre), granola → chopped nuts and rolled oats (more unsaturated fatty acids), honey → date paste (unrefined sweetness plus a few minerals), Greek yoghurt → skyr (more protein, usually less fat)

Allergens

Contains milk and, depending on the granola, gluten or nuts. Generally suitable for children; use chia seeds sparingly. During pregnancy, pasteurised yoghurt and freshly washed berries are the safe choice. Contains: gluten.
