Good to know

When it needs to be quick, this bowl is just right. Creamy, crunchy, sweet and on the table in a few minutes.

Swaps

Walnuts → pecans (similarly nutty, a little milder in flavour); honey → almond butter (unsaturated fats instead of sweetness); figs → berries (more tart, also with fibre); cottage cheese → skyr (plenty of protein, slightly different texture)

Allergens

Contains milk and tree nuts. Generally suitable for children – only give nuts chopped to suit their age – and in pregnancy the recipe is generally fine with washed fresh ingredients.
