Good to know
When you need something quick, this bowl is a really good solution. Creamy, fresh and pleasantly filling. Just the thing for a bright start to the day.
Swaps
Cottage cheese → skyr (similar protein content, often a little smoother in texture); honey → almond butter (also adds unsaturated fatty acids); almonds → walnuts (naturally contain more omega-3 fatty acids); chia seeds → ground linseed (also with fibre).
Allergens
Contains milk and tree nuts; for children, only serve with finely chopped or ground nuts and in age-appropriate portions; during pregnancy it's generally fine with fresh, well-washed ingredients.
