Good to know
A huge warm cookie that you get to spoon up all by yourself. This bowl also hides a soft centre of runny nut butter.
Swaps
Peanut butter → almond butter (for a slightly more refined version with less roasted flavour, simply swap the peanut butter for white almond butter).
Cooking tips
Don't bake the bowl for too long. If the dough still wobbles slightly in the middle, it's nicely fudgy rather than dry.
Storage
This dessert tastes best hot, straight from the oven. Leftovers can be eaten cold.
Allergens
Contains milk (from the protein powder) and peanuts. Oats contain gluten unless they're certified gluten-free. Contains: gluten (oats).
