Good to know

When it needs to be quick, a pot like this never lets you down. Creamy, mild and with a delicate coffee note that makes the whole thing a bit more grown-up.

Swaps

Coconut sugar → date paste (less processed, also contains minerals) | Spelt flakes → rolled oats (contain beta-glucans) | Quark → skyr (similar protein content) | Protein powder → defatted almond butter (provides vitamin E and unsaturated fats, but less protein; contains tree nuts)

Allergens

Contains milk and gluten (spelt); depending on the protein powder, other allergens may be added. Because of the espresso, only partly suitable for children. In pregnancy, have no more than 200 mg of caffeine a day (about 2 cups of coffee) from all sources combined – the espresso counts too.
