Wash the blueberries thoroughly and set a few aside for the topping. Put the cottage cheese and most of the blueberries in a blender and blend until creamy. Add the honey and vanilla extract and blend briefly again until smooth and even. Divide the cream between two small bowls and smooth the surface if needed. Serve the bowl with the remaining blueberries as a topping. Good to know When mornings need to be quick, this bowl is just right. Creamy, fresh and pleasantly sweet. So simple that it really works on busy days.
Swaps Cottage cheese → skyr (more protein, smoother texture) | blueberries → raspberries (more fibre) | honey → date paste (more fibre, no refined sugar) | vanilla extract → Ceylon cinnamon (spicy note, adds plant compounds)
Allergens Contains milk. Generally suitable for children, but no honey in the first year of life. In pregnancy it's usually unproblematic if pasteurised cottage cheese is used and the berries are washed well.
