300g skyr
100g rolled oats
150g sour cherries

15g cocoa powder
Method
You’ll need: frying pan
Stir the cocoa powder and maple syrup with 3 tbsp of the milk into a smooth paste.
Stir in the rest of the milk, 200 g of the skyr and the oats.
Leave the sour cherries to thaw and divide half of them between two glasses. Spoon the oat mixture on top, cover the glasses and put them in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, toast the flaked almonds in a dry frying pan for 2 to 3 minutes.
Top the oats with the remaining skyr, the rest of the cherries and the flaked almonds and serve.
