Good to know

A bowl like this takes little effort but still feels like a really good breakfast. Creamy and fresh – without feeling heavy.

Swaps

Banana → frozen mango (also provides carbohydrates and a creamy texture); plant milk → unsweetened almond milk (contains tree nuts); granola → chopped walnuts (unsaturated fatty acids; contain tree nuts); honey → date paste (unrefined sweetness plus a little fibre).

Allergens

Contains tree nuts with almond milk and gluten with oat granola, plus sesame depending on the granola. For children, keep the chia seeds to a small amount. In pregnancy, wash the berries well (heat frozen ones briefly) and use pasteurised ingredients. Honey isn't suitable for babies under 1 year old.
