Ingredients

Method

You’ll need: chopping board · knife · mixing bowl

  1. Put the Greek yoghurt in a bowl and smooth the top.
  2. Drizzle the honey evenly over the yoghurt.
  3. Roughly chop the pistachios so they keep a little bite.
  4. Scatter the chopped pistachios over the honey yoghurt and finish with a pinch of cinnamon.
  5. If you like, chill the yoghurt briefly so it tastes especially fresh.
  6. Serve straight away and enjoy the creamy, sweet and nutty combination.

Good to know

So simple and still special. Just the kind of dessert that tastes well rounded straight away, with no effort.

Swaps

Honey → date paste (also provides a little fibre). Pistachios → walnuts (contain omega-3 fatty acids). Greek yoghurt → skyr (also provides protein). Cinnamon → cocoa (contains natural polyphenols).

Allergens

Contains milk and tree nuts (pistachios). Generally suitable for children – chop the nuts finely to suit their age, and no honey for babies under one year old. In pregnancy, pasteurised yoghurt and honey in normal amounts are fine for adults.
