Good to know
When you want your coffee a little gentler and creamier, this glass is just right. Cool, slightly frothy and with a delicate matcha note. For days when things need to be quick.
Swaps
Coconut milk → unsweetened almond milk (usually a little thinner) | Vanilla protein powder → pea protein | Espresso → decaf espresso (less caffeine) | Coconut blossom syrup → date syrup, or simply leave it out (less free sugar)
Allergens
Depending on the protein powder, it may contain milk or soya. Caffeinated drinks aren't ideal for children, and during pregnancy it makes sense to keep an eye on your total caffeine intake.
