Good to know
When you fancy something cool and sweet, these little bites are just right. Quick to make, pleasantly fresh and wonderfully simple.
Swaps
Honey → date paste (a little more fibre) | Greek yoghurt → skyr (more protein, usually a little lower in fat) | pistachios → walnuts (more omega-3 fatty acids) | mixed berries → blueberries (mild, contain fibre, stain less)
Allergens
Contains milk and pistachios. Good for children in small, age-appropriate pieces, and no concern during pregnancy if you use pasteurised yoghurt and pay attention to good kitchen hygiene.
