Good to know
Sometimes it's the simple bowls you want straight away. Cold, creamy and topped with warm fruit, it feels like little effort and a lot of enjoyment.
Swaps
Natural yoghurt → Greek yoghurt (more protein). Honey → date paste (unrefined sweetness plus a little fibre). Mixed berries → blueberries (more anthocyanins). Ground linseed → chia seeds (also fibre and omega-3 fatty acids).
Allergens
Contains milk; linseed may not be ideal for small children, and during pregnancy the bowl is generally fine with pasteurised yoghurt.
