Good to know

When you want something uncomplicated but still satisfying, this bowl is just right. Fresh, savoury and on the table in a few minutes.

Swaps

Sesame oil → olive oil (more monounsaturated fats) | soy sauce → tamari (gluten-free alternative with a similar flavour) | quinoa → buckwheat (also provides fibre and minerals) | carrot → pepper (more vitamin C and a fresh, sharper bite)

Allergens

Contains soya, sesame and gluten (wheat in the soy sauce; gluten-free with tamari); generally suitable for children, ideally with little soy sauce because of the salt content, and uncritical during pregnancy with good kitchen hygiene.
