Ingredients
1 tbsp chia seeds
50g frozen raspberries
1 banana
150ml almond milk
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
100g frozen blueberries
1 handful of leaf spinach
1 tsp honey
Method
You’ll need: blender · mixing bowl · grater
Put the frozen raspberries, frozen blueberries, banana, spinach and almond milk in the blender.
Blend everything finely until you have a thick, creamy mixture. If needed, stop briefly and push the mixture down from the sides.
Check the consistency: the bowl should be noticeably thicker than a classic smoothie. Blend briefly once more if needed.
Spoon the smoothie mixture into a wide bowl and smooth the top.
Top with the chia seeds, desiccated coconut and honey. Add fresh berries if you like.
Good to know
A smoothie bowl can be filling and creamy. This one is fruity, fresh and quick to make. It feels especially good on warm days.
