Preheat the oven to 200 °C (180 °C fan) and lightly grease a baking dish. Pat the turkey breast dry and slice it a little flatter if needed.
Finely chop the garlic and stir it with the mayonnaise, parmesan, flour and paprika into a creamy mixture. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Put the turkey breast in the dish and spread the garlic parmesan mixture all over it. Make sure the top is well covered.
Bake the turkey breast in the oven at 200 °C for 20–25 min, until cooked through and golden brown on top. For more colour, switch on the grill for 2–3 min at the end.
Let the meat rest briefly after baking. Then cut it into slices – this way more of the juices stay inside.
Serve hot, ideally with roasted veg or a crisp salad.

An oven dish like this rescues tired evenings. Little effort, lots of flavour, and at the end something really savoury lands on your plate.
Swaps
Mayonnaise → Greek yoghurt (a little more protein, usually less fat) | parmesan → pecorino or another aged hard cheese (similar nutritional profile) | flour → almond flour (less starch, a little more fibre) | turkey breast → chicken breast (comparable protein content)
